Kait Marley (she/her) is an experienced advisor well-versed in both the primary and secondary markets. Kait earned her bachelor’s degree in art history and her master’s degree in art history/fine art administration from Davidson College and Temple University, respectively. As an advisor, Kait specializes in Modern, Post-War, Contemporary, and Emerging Art.
Kait is also a USPAP-compliant appraiser, being an active and accredited member of the American Association of Appraisers. She routinely appraises works by emerging, established, and blue-chip artists in the six, seven, and eight-figure range. In addition to her fine art specialization, Kait is a skilled cross-over appraisal specialist, having an in-depth knowledge of 20th/21st Century Design, American Furniture, Folk & Decorative Arts, British & European Furniture & Decorative Arts, Books, Maps & Manuscripts, Couture & Accessories, Fine Silver & Objets de Virtu, and General Residential Contents.
Having established considerable experience working with both private and corporate clients, as well as non-profit institutions, endowments, and artist estates, Kait is deeply familiar with the needs of her clients and is able to provide bespoke solutions designed to resolve complex issues related to multi-million dollar collections. This is further complemented by Kait’s ongoing academic pursuits as they relate to the confluence of fine art, finance, and the law—specifically with regard to the canonization of contemporary artists via market factors.
In her spare time, Kait serves on the Board of Directors for the McColl Center, a nationally acclaimed artist residency and contemporary art hub in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is also the Chair for Potters Market at the Mint, a contemporary ceramic fair at The Mint Museum. Additionally, Kait sits on both the American and Contemporary Art Collecting Boards for The Mint Museum. Kait was the inaugural Chair for the "Coined in the South," a juried art biennial at The Mint Museum - producing the first two iterations.

Marie St. Germain - Director, Private Sales

Marie St. Germain brings a wealth of experience in fine art transactions and advisory services to her role as Director of Private Sales at Arcadia Art Consultancy (AAC). With a deep understanding of the nuances of the primary and secondary art markets, she specializes in guiding collectors through private acquisitions and sales, ensuring that each transaction aligns with their aesthetic and investment goals.
Marie’s career spans significant roles at prominent secondary market galleries, including Heather James Fine Art and Galerie d’Orsay, where she orchestrated high-profile consignments and sales of works by masters such as Claude Monet, Pablo Picasso, and Frida Kahlo. Her expertise lies in identifying opportunities that maximize value for clients, leveraging her extensive industry network and market insights to secure exceptional results.
Marie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of New Hampshire, with additional studies in Paris focusing on Modern European painting and sculpture. A certified leadership coach, she also draws on her experience working with major arts organizations such as NADA and AAM to provide strategic and tailored guidance to collectors. At AAC, Marie is dedicated to fostering trust and delivering unparalleled client service in the private sales sector, helping clients curate collections that reflect their passions and aspirations.
Sallie Glover - Director, Sales Agency

Sallie Glover is AAC’s Director of Sales Agency. Sallie supports private and institutional collectors, and their agents, with the monetization of all tangible assets. She assists with the entire process, from the initial consultation to a bespoke consignment plan, terms negotiation and all associated logistics, including but not limited to shipping, framing, storage, conservation, and authentication, when necessary.
Previously a Specialist at Christie’s, New York, Sallie was instrumental in the successful sales of works of important American furniture and paintings including pieces by seminal American folk artists such as Joshua Johnson and Edward Hicks. Sallie also oversaw the landmark white glove sale of bird decoys from The Collection of Peggy and David Rockefeller, which achieved a world auction record for a swan decoy. She received her BA in Art History and American History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has completed the Winterthur Institute.
In addition to her role as Director of Sales Agency, Sallie Glover is also an USPAP-compliant appraiser specializing in Americana.
Outside of work, Sallie enjoys traveling, playing tennis and golf, and trying new restaurants.

Claire (she/they) graduated from Davidson College, where she received her BA in studio art and digital screen media studies. Claire is passionate about sharing the value of beauty with others. Claire’s academic journey was complemented by professional experiences at the Van Every and Smith Galleries at Davidson College, The Mint Museum, and the Asheville Museum of Art. When not at work, Claire can be found playing guitar, taking film photos, cooking, and hiking.
Based in New York City, Claire stays at the forefront of the art world by attending art fairs, gallery openings, and studio tours on behalf of our clients. Her active engagement ensures collectors have access to the latest and most compelling art opportunities. Whether you prefer to view works in person or need assistance remotely, Claire is available to coordinate studio tours, fair visits, and gallery viewings, tailored to your needs.
Elena Castro-Oliva - Appraisals & Advisory Associate

Elena (she/they) is a multidisciplinary artist and designer based in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a graduate of the Yale School of Architecture, having earned a B.A. in Architecture with a Design concentration. Elena’s work explores the intersections of art, architecture, and object-making, driven by a deep passion for materials, handicraft, and design—particularly within the fiber arts. In the summer of 2022, Elena was awarded the prestigious Harvey Geiger Traveling Fellowship, which enabled her to conduct in-depth research on the relationship between traditional textile-making practices and spatial design across Mexico, Guatemala, and Peru. Her studies illuminated the cultural and spatial significance of textile art, inspiring her continued exploration of these themes in her work. Outside of her professional pursuits, Elena dedicates time to her crafts; she is often found embroidering, weaving, and crocheting small fruits.
Jennifer MacLeod, ASA, GG, FGA, NAJA - Jewelry & Watch Appraiser
Jennifer MacLeod (she/her) is a highly-credentialled appraiser of fine jewelry and watches. Jennifer received her advanced gemological training through the Gemological Association of Great Britain and the Gemological Institute of America. She is an active member of the American Society of Appraisers and is fully compliant with the Uniform Standards of the Professional Appraisal Practice (2020/2021).
As Arcadia Art Consultancy’s principal gemologist, Jennifer can assist clients as they build, manage, protect, and sell their collections of fine jewelry and watches. Her deep familiarity with both primary and secondary markets ensures our clients make financially prudent decisions throughout the full-lifecycle of their collections.
Jennifer maintains an office at Perry’s Diamonds & Estate Jewelry, where she can provide clients with highly-secure in-office appraisal services when on-site visits are not required.
